Maylene Tan Khieu

Biography

Maylene Tan Khieu is Chief Administrative Officer at NewDay USA. With over 20 years of experience in underwriting and loan origination, she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s Quality Control, Vendor Management, and Servicing and Customer Service programs. She has been with NewDay USA since its founding in 1999 and has held multiple positions including Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Credit Officer. She previously served as operations manager at Federal Funding Corporation. Ms. Khieu has a BS in Accounting from the University of Santo Thomas in Manila, Philippines. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s (MBA) Certified Mortgage Compliance Professionals Advisory Council.
